Monthly Service:

Designed for those who are always looking for new ideas for cooking, but don't have the need for a weekly set of recipes.  This email will offer information and ideas on cooking, saving money on groceries and staying organized in the kitchen and include a set of 12 recipes with a shopping list.  Subscribers receive the newsletter just prior to the beginning of a new month.

Weekly Service:

Each week subscribers receive an with cooking tips, shopping deals, and the menu for the upcoming week including the recipes and shopping list. The menu will provide subscribers with 10 recipes to choose from. The first week of a month will always feature information about stocking up for the month and the menu will feature items that can be prepared in larger quantity to then freeze and use later in the month.

The benefit of this service is the ongoing customer service to be sure you are satisfied with the information and recipes we're providing.

Once a Month Home Visit:

Available to anyone located in Northern California.  Service includes an initial phone/email consultation. Then prior to home visit, you will receive a shopping list and menu for make ahead/freezer meals. During the visit we organize the kitchen and prepare several recipes together that can be stored for future meals. Service also includes weekly newsletter and a menu based on the home visit cooking session and consultation. Personal grocery shopping is available as an add-on to the home visit service.
$250 for one (1) 4 hour visit
